Asian Pacific Liver Center - St. Vincent Medical Center

Volunteer

Volunteers are the heart of the APLC outreach program, making crucial contributions to our mission to spread awareness about hepatitis B and liver cancer. Volunteers work alongside our physicians and nurses at hepatitis B screening clinics, helping to educate the community on how to prevent and treat liver cancer caused by hepatitis B infection.

Benefits of Volunteering

  • Learn about hepatitis B
  • Understand the medical needs in Asian communities
  • Opportunity to serve the underprivileged populations
  • Involvement in medical research projects
  • Involvement in educational events

Become a Volunteer

The APLC welcomes anyone looking for a way to contribute to their community or with energy to give to others. Please contact Carolina Kim (carolinalim@verity.org) if you are interested becoming a volunteer.
